It's horrible, how can they let themselves go like that? There's a point where you should realise that you are too fat.


It's a positive feedback problem... the fatter you get, the harder it is to do the necessary activity to lose weight, and the more your body craves food.

Then once you get old, arthritis etc make it even harder.

I saw "Supersize me" last week. I was never a fan of fast food before, but I didn't think it was that bad.
