When I beta'd Joint Ops, it took 0 skill... and was very boring. Hence, my love of BF.

What were you playing, 1337 5n1p0rz? They modified it so its harder to kill as a sniper.

You hate JO because you suck at it :)

Typhoon Rising seems like a sniper's paradise. That's the impression I got from the long video review over at IGN. This wasn't mentioned but I'm assuming you don't need to lead your targets in TR as a sniper right? Based on that and the fairly long view distance I'd have to say no thanks. I'm sure Spike is loving it though. ;)

I just got this when I took back the Soldiers: Heroes of WWII which sucked major a$$.

I can't wait to try it now...I was trying to find more info on this...funny how the search button helped! :)

Anyone know where I can get the link to the patches?

If you like to wait and are a fanboy: Fileplanet.

If not that then hit Novalogics site... :tard:

EDIT: See how well the spacing worked on that??? :D :D :D

I have to tell you that so far, I am very impressed with this game and the graphics are amazing.

A good challenge to BF if you ask me....I want to keep practising though...

Well, I didn't have much of a chance to play it this weekend, but I am getting used to more of the controls...I really like this game and despite a few minor things that I need more time to adjust to (like a difficult 3rd person view when driving vehicles), I think that this is very good and would recommend it.

That said, I have not played it online yet with others as I have been just playing single player to get used to the different classes and weapons....of which there are many.

So far, I like it a lot. But I do think that being limited to the servers that you can play on is stupid...

I bet that the BF and BFV community here at ECGN could have some great matches with this game.

Anyone else have opinions or tricks for me?
