Roger that Buliwyf.

I didn't post it as a "I am right post"

Moore has been a subject of some conversations here lately and this seemed a fairly well-balanced and descriptive report without being insultive to anyone.

Posted it more for informational than propaganda purposes. I thought to maybe provide actual information to be debated instead of "He said" "She said" name calling.

Look people I mean no offense but what's the big fking deal with Abu Ghraib? For the love of god they were humiliated, wooopideeefriggindooooo.

Did we hurt their poor feelings? These are poeple that target and find completely innocent LIVING people and saw their friggin heads off. Then distribute the tape.

HELLLLLO! There is just no comparison. I think the world along with Dan Rather just might possibly be insane.

HaVoC's right...the amout of indignation that is being shown about Abu Ghraib is totally out of whack with the relative lack of indignation with the various beheadings and such. It show's a complete lack of moral judgement by the media. They are more concerned with the political side, and all to willing to help foster more anti-American feelings. But when a crisis comes, everyone will call for America to lead the way to fix-it, burying our soldiers along the way.

I think the amount of indignation being shown for the two various events has something to do with our perception of the people involved. The animals out there kidnapping people and lopping their heads off, are, in a word, evil. Vile, depraved, detestable human beings who we've seen countless times before, doing pretty much the same shit, just with different names and dates and places. We expect it from them.

But the soldiers at Abu Ghraib, they're supposed to be the good guys, above such nonsense.

Not that I'm comparing their shenanigans in any way to sawing a guy's head off - just contrasting the expectations put on each group.

We expect them to do this like capturing people and then holding then for ransom, then beheading them.

We, on the other hand, are supposed to be the good guys. We are supposed to be the civilized society that is over there to free them. Instead, we act just like them.

You should be more pissed at what we are doing to them than what they are doing to us.

Unfortunately I think that if we continue to be "the good guys" that it will come back to hurt us. Oh well, only two thing are certain in life. Death and Taxes.

In FH911 (which I didn't pay to watch), seems I recall there being something mentioned of Bush ties with Enron???
