they're called the release notes, available on the same page as the driver download.....you lazy bastards.
And yes, the KOTR bug is supposed to be fixed (haven't tried it yet).
This version also contains their new AI programming, which is ATI's version of game-specific optimizations (which can be disabled, unlike nvidia).

Hey guys! THe CCC for version 10 is much better than the version 9! It lets you change everything that the regular interface does but gives you an instant "sample". If you don't mind downloading drivers that are effectively double ^_^
Click view, and it will let you mess with custom things instead of just the general quality slider.

4.1 recommends you have sp2 installed. I don't want to install it, but i do want the performance bump for doom3. Anybody without sp2 try this driver yet?
I have a 9600XT.
I'm now getting between 60 and 120 FPS (60 is the lowest) in BF:V. I was gettin 45 to 80.
Also, make sure you have .NET 1.1 installed, or the new control Panel won't work.
*overclocked card, 535 instead of the stock 500, so your results may very.
**FPS measure with FRAPS, not the crappy ingame FPS tool
