Could it be that the reason a disproportianate number of minority votes were discarded is because minorities are dispropotionately represented among illegal immigrants and ex-convicts, so the votes should have been discarded?

Or maybe the Republican voting-machine manufacturers ensure that the mechanical punch for democrats is dull?
