I am like shipwreck [dyslexic]- I doubt that it could be that objective of a test. What is IQ? Good one for the pilosophers/logic/mathmititions[sp] that score high. I think a more comprehensive test would be something along the lines of a MMPI test about a 700-800 general question test that involves more than logic and math. SAT or ACT tests used to be a pretty good indicator. Of course now you study just for ACT/SATs so that they cannot provide a constant base to establish a starting point from to determine a final number. Mensa uses old SAT scores pre-'87 I think for ex.

Anyway trying to get as low of a score as you can was pretty funny. And of course Jeffro started this thread...........

I got a 127, but doesnt time apply to these tests. I mean if i take 2 hours to take it, wouldnt my score be lower than if it took me 30 minutes to take it. If thats the case i had to answer a few phone calls........just wondering.

Something's not right - they're fudging it based on age or gender or something. I took the test twice, changing only my age and gender (even wrote down the answers to make sure they were correct) and got two different scores!

These tests are complete crap. They have no basis at all in figuring out how smart someone is. I know a girl I went to high school with that is dumb as shit. She cuts hair for a living because she could not hack college.

According to the AOL IQ test, she has an IQ of 160.

I got a 129 and a Word Warrior rating... I think there might be some time index to it, since i answered the word problem questions the quickest... Need to have more questions to be accurate...

No such thing as a truely accurate IQ test in my oppinion.

I have a 3.6GPA studying to be a network engineer and when I took my IQ test in highschool it said basicly "good at everything except technology (What they call technology is like "There is a gap in the water system due to a leak, the valve for that has been shut off, how should you redirect all other water to get it to go up the hill"
O yeah, and when I was in high school I got an A in small engine repair.

Like a standard test really tells anything other than being able to think like other people.
