Tragically, the Best Buy I went to didn't have any games in my interest
. Next time I go out I might buy COD 2, tryin to find the PC DVD version of COD2. Too many disks in COD2 >_<.

oooh K Buliwfy, ya I might buy that game. Saw a commercial of it, looks great. Gotta love small soldiers running around on a massive map
.

The only things about LucasArts games recently that I find to be discouraging is that the support is shitty, patches to fix a lot of big problems take forever (if they ever do them) and the game as a whole always feels unfinished. As it is I hear EaW had a manditory patch the day it came out, meaning to me that they KNEW it was flawed before they started pressing discs.
That last point also applies directly to Republic Commando and Battlefront (1 and 2). The SP for RC was great, but the MP was a bad Star Wars version of Unreal Tournament - moreso than the JK series ever was. What happened to the squad-based combat in SP? Couldn't they figure out a squad interface like Battlefield 2 (or even like RTCW/RTCW:ET for that matter)?
And Battlefront... I'll just say it has a lot of drawbacks. The second one is better, but not even close to being as entertaining as BF1942/RTCW.
Don't get me wrong... I do like LucasArts. Hell I'm pretty much a fanboy when it comes to buying their games (back in the adventure game era I had them all, and I played X-Wing/TIE Fighter for hours every day) but this stuff they've been coming out with recently has really needed some serious play-testing/retooling...
