I have lived in Alabama my whole life and it is not like that. There are parts of AL that are back woods but there are also parts of every state that are that way. Most people from the north that move down here stay. The comment I hear most is how freindly we are.

Thats true, alot of them think Jesus was American. In a pole for greatest American i think Jesus came top, or at least near it.

There's a documentary called 'Jesus Camp', I strongly recommend it, pretty chilling. That's about all I can say, don't want to stir things up.

What is "Top Gear" ? I'm guessing a TV show but is it on here or just in Europe?

I think it's on either G4 or Discovery Channel. It's actually a car show of sorts.

This looks a little exaggerated. Maybe a little artistic license was used?

The Top Gear episode? no not exaggerated. If they really knew what to write on their cars, they definitely would have met with some violence within an hour or two. They were too British to get the insults exactly right.

Paint "Dale Earnhardt sucked and is burning in Hell" on the side of your car, go to the deep South. Violence will ensue.
