Have you guys ever heard of Stephen King's "The Dark Half"? If I remember right, it was kind of similar to that, except that the (siamese?)twin brother was evil and tried to take over and do bad shit... or something...

Yeah, was about to say the same thing... The Dark Half, focused on this phenomenon with a similar finding of a "tumor" that was this particular condition... Tumor gets removed but the "psyche" of this unborn twin comes back later on to try and take over the living sibling... Wasn't a bad book, worth a read if you are a King fan, or are into the macabre (aka King fan

what it really piss me off is that twin has been feeding off from his brother´s blood suply as a parasite
