You know what do it on freedom of speech, 1st amendment. I could spout a 10 minute speech bullshitting about the first amendment right now. Its so controversial(sp.) and there really is no clear boundaries to it.

How about the series of laws usher'd in by Congress in the weeks after 9/11. Most of them ether break or bend the fourth amendment. One such law deals with the gov't being able to electronicly monitor businesss without a warrent, another allows mobile communitcations to be tap'ed witout a roving warrent. Some people beleave they serve us better but others say that they set a bad precedent. Search the lib. of congress online for articles created in these weeks, as there are others I cannot recall.

I thought about that actually, mainly the patriot acts. I also have thought about the constitutionality of the Exclusionary Rule to the 4th amendment in certain cases, whether or not it is necessary. Folic_Acid has a good idea, but it is a very difficult topic.
