Intel or AMD?

I've used AMD in the majority of the PCs I build. I think AMD has had some heating issues in the past (namely their Thunderbird based CPUs), but any adequate cooling solution has proven enough to make me forget those problems.
It seems simple to me: nearly the same performace as Intel-based CPUs for 1/4 the price (although recently that price gap seems to have shrunken a bit).
AMD might not have the marketing that Intel has, but their products are top notch (and now thankfully well supported by major chipset vendors).
