NHL could possibly disband.

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

Slapshot always does the trick too. Paul Newman is way better than Rob Lowe!

Yeah, I remember. Then he pulled his groin and it was downhill from there. :(

You only suck if you can't get by Glass Joe, if you can't do that then hang your head in shame.:rotflmao:

LOL ha ha.. yea i remember back in the day.. we were addicted to that game. my friends and i would stay up all night. Each of us eventually got to the Mike Tyson character. I can't remember if I ever beat him though. From what I can remember, I think he was impossible to beat? I probably gave up after a while...

Getting back to hockey i would just like to say that i am on the owners side on this one right till the end. The way i see it the NHL is setting a precendent for the other major sports franchises when their CBA'S run out. It will show the owners that they can take the players on their knee and give them the spanking they deserved for the longest time.

Agreed 100% !
If it wasn't for the owners, there would be no league for the players to play in.
The owners take all the risk and loss. If the players want a true partnership, they should asume losses if the league doesn't do well instead of sitting on their fat salaries regardless of what happens.

Another good point. I would be all for that idea, why should the owners take all the risks? If the players want a partnership which is what it seems like then they can take everything that comes with it. Instead of getting rich off the rich.
