ok i give up..ive got 400 posts and cant post a picture form the internet,,,i copied and pasted the url and put [img]in%20front%20of%20it..%20and[/img] in back of it, and it doesnt work

to upload files press the button that you can see on the
screen. then it will ask you what file just select the file from
your computer and its done nothing hard.

to put pictures you found on the net on this forum just right click on the picture and do properties.
you will see the url copy it and put it between
[ i m g ] url [ / i m g ]

hope you got it now
