Tim Roth in Rob Roy..only saw it once, but man did you hate that guy by the end.
Mr. Joshua, Gary Busey in Leathal Wep.
DeNiro's character in Heat...which is an awesome movie btw.
Top Dollar in the Crow..actually pretty much any Michael Wincott role..he's always a good bad guy.
Gary Oldman in Leon and 5th Element...Zorg was a fun baddie.
BUT...for pure, delectable EVIL, gotta go with Alan Rickman...good as Hans Gruber, even better as a torturer/interrogator in Closetland
Hon. menton: Ben Kingsley in Death and the Maiden, and Ralph Finnes in Schindler's List.
