Well, all my picks are dead on so far and the series' have played out just how I expected.

I think it's crucial that my stros' win Game 5 tonight so that we can go back to St. Louis and just need a split to advance plus it'll give us a chance to run Clemens out there for Game 7 on normal 4 days rest.

Our bullpen is garbage except Lidge, who's right arm I expect to fall off after this series :P, but the overall pitching staff of the Cardinals has not been impressive like they were in the regular season and NLDS.

The whole city is going nuts over Beltran's performance this postseason but with each homerun he hits were getting worried that is asking price for next year just keeps going up and up to where only the Yanks would be able to afford him. :wall:

Boston is now just prolonging the inevitable end to their season. :violin:

Couldn't said it better myself. :D

i was just hoping for a twins upset, knew it wouldnt happen. Just wanted to look smart but it backfired.

Asstros and Cards are even... been a good series so far, too bad the 'stro's starters now arent named clemons and oswalt... i'd say whoever wins this series takes the WS too.

figure of speech jeffro, what i really meant by that was i'd throw YOU off the arch... its only 600 some odd feet down, land on your feet and you're in good shape. What can i say, Beltran is the man.

that marathon in Boston was intense, i was watching on sportstracker while in CLASS until i got out and got to watch the last half at the bar i went to.

I believe that was if they lost the Division Series to the Dodgers which they won.

i could use a couple of changes in stl... First trade reggie sanders... 2nd forget about re-signing Matt Morris, 3rd dont pick up the option on Jason Isringhausen, and 4th send an invitation to each team they play telling them when and where they are going to blow the lead....

Morris was ok but Izzy blew it again. I thought LaRussa was gonna leave Kiko in, he was pitching great.

no no no. You are confused with Houston on that one.

I do think that they got the record this year for leaving guys on bags on the 3rd out.

Nah, not too bad when you know for sure it's going to happen when someone not named Lidge comes in from the bullpen. :P

It's gonna be a great game 7. We have a fully rested Roger Clemens going tomorrow and if he gets the splitter working effectively, watch out.

I still like our chances.:D
