Did killing acrobat have an effect?

I killed that Acrobat thing you mentioned. I have AIM, XFire, and Internet Explorer running. Killing the Acrobat brought my usage from 2% to 0%.

I need some help this first started several weeks ago and this seems like a good time to bring it up. When I hit control alt delte this is what comes up. I don't get the little tabs I was used to at the top where you can select network usage ect any ideas?
