I was thinking of buying an Afinoganov jersey because i like the new jerseys a lot. I do already have a lot of hoceky jerseys, but i dont want to spend the money right now.

i would have preferrd buffalo to win last year if my Oilers didn't, i just don't think Carolina is a true hockey town.

I watched the game and remember the guys on VS talking about the logo and how popular it is. I have to say.. I dont like it. I really liked the previous logo.

I don't know what the new logo is.. I know it is a buffalo but only by the horn sticking out the side. Other than that, it just looks like a panther claw (the nail part) or something. I don't know why they had to design this swooping image. It reminds me of the Carolina Panthers logo where the body comes to a point after the head. I think the previous logo was great. They shouldn't have messed with that. A demonic looking buffalo with red eyes and flaring nostrils and its fur looking like flames in areas. I was really happy with that improvement over the original.
Well, that's just my opinion, maybe it just needs getting used to.

Wow.. major shakeup in Philly! Since the embarassing loss to Buffalo, they waived 3 underachieving players and now Clarke resigns and Hitch gets fired!

This year is going to be an interesting, rebuilding year for the Flyers as they now own the worst record in the NHL.

I know how you feel codered. I was there last year. The Blues continue their woe-ful ways and i'm not completely angry. We haven't been healthy with 2 key defenseman out. But still, I'd like to see my team win more.

Rebuilding isn't a bad thing, as long as you have an owner and front office that runs things in a smart manner.

And how about the Wild? Dallas, Atlanta and Anaheim? All these teams are really playing well right now. Hats off to all of 'em.

They need to incorporate a Sabre into the logo not a buffalo. right now they are the Buffalo Buffalos.

I was at the game tonight have to say I'm impressed with the sabers. Disapointed with the habs though figured they play better, but they didn't show up apparently. But yeah the sabers have good skill mixed with speed they're going to be hard to beat.
