im looking at the site and dont see how to vote....am i retarded? or what?.

Ok.. I know I'm old... but I'm not BLIND yet!!! Where the hell do I vote??? I don't see any "Vote for ECGN" box. I've clicked on everything!!

Where is this bar located? Right next to ECGN?? I'm confused.. just shoot me.
