Copy not caring!

Don't by into all this horseshit about "its your civic duty" or "if you don't vote you can't say anything for the next four years"

Its a load and you can do whatever you want with YOUR franchise right.

Like RUSH says "If you choice not to decide you still have made a choice"

For the record I did vote.

Tue Nov 02, 2004 3:50 pm

well, Yada was talking about 'we don't care about for who you will vote, and why you would vote for him'.
What I'm talking about is: 'why you think a certain person would probably win'. There is a difference between that. Straighten up the facts, before you say something :)
There isn't much political content in my post. (except the last 3 words, but if you are smart guy you won't listen to that).

Voted...

So far calm in WV... hummm, come to think of it that's out of the ordinary.

i would vote, but i just moved to austin, texas. I am registered in arlington, texas, but i called and some lady said if i voted here, it would mostly likely not count since im not registered in austin. So......i cannot vote, but i have a feeling Bush has this state wrapped up.:freak:

I think Bush will win. There are still a lot of Americans out there voting for him, bacause just one reason: they trust him.
Not because of rational thinking, not because of 'solutions' he came up with, just because they trust him as an American.
Stupid imo, but that's why I think why Bush is going to get his '4 more wars ';)

Well I hope you are right, Tour.

He ain't talking about Lush Rimjob either.

RUSH is
one of my very favorite bands of all time. [Thanks Toronto!] And they are quite liberterian. [not liberal, there is a differance] To be a Libertaerian means that I don't try to tell you how to think or live and you don't tell me the same either.

I do not see a good constitutional canadidate, who can respect the republic of the U.S., among the lot.

Of course most of the people that I know will vote- and thats cool with me. And some of these same people are rabid about getting rid of Bush or making sure that Kerry doesn't get in etc. etc. whatever- whoever wins congrats. Either one of them or both will come after my $ and try to tell my what to do and try to make me apart of the group-think.

Mine is not a popular stance- but I would guess that I am
as the lyrics from a Rush song state:
"not the only one"

In Aussie land down under they will fine you 50$ [Aus] for not going to vote.
Crikey m8! Whats that all about?

Voting went pretty smoothy, until I finished. I took the ballot out and there were some "half-poked" votes that I had to punch out completely. :tard:

How do you like Austin? Been down to 6th st. yet? if not then go.

+ You will have to go SXSW when it rolls into town. I submitted to the main showcase there several years ago. But plan on going. It will be worth it. Thats were SRV and ZZ TOP and groups like B-52's & Morophine got some national buzz going on.
Very cool place.............. Lotta stuff going on for music-film - remember Kevin Smith and the movie "Clerks" ? filmed it right there.
Seen that bell tower yet on UT campus? That's were that asshole snipershot a bunch of people in the '60s or early '70s.
Enjoy..........................un pack and un wind moving sucks

Here, we vote by mail, and I voted last week :)

Pretty nice not to have carry my happy ass down to some polling place and be tempted to kick the shit out of every one who doesn't agree with me :D Of course, I wouldn't, but it would still be tempting :P
