Now back to the topic at hand. I've been doing some research about my grandfather's involvement in WWII (Combat Medic, 330th Inf., 83rd Thunderbolt Div.) and have discovered some very interesting information that puts a new light on my love for BF1942.

That's not a bad idea, however, there are a few replies that are worth keeping for prosperity. If the mods want I will be glad to do so, but I would think it would be fairly easy to simply delete out the off-topic replies.

No, it lightens the mood a bit. I liked the story and then I thought the guy complaining about the avatar was great. But yeah, it was a great IWO JIMA story. Nice post!
