My guess would be that being a celebrity, especially a female celebrity, is compelling enough to warrant special treatment.

after reading the report i had one question in mind. Why wasnt his buddy getting in on some of the action? Dont bring any unless you have enough for everyone.

Actually, the fact that a 15-year-old was driving an SUV on the highway is what's most disturbing for me in this report.

Kinda late for a post on this subject, but for some reason I feel the need.
