Well, the majority of common sense Americans shouted out loud that Hollywierd and Liberal Elitists are NOT going to tell us what to drive, what to eat, what to wear, or HOW TO LIVE.

What a sweep....retained the Presidency and gained a bigger majority in the Senate!!!!

Daschle the midget is OUT! LMFAO!

Too bad for French looking Kerry......oops.

What has the world come to?

Kerry lost. Watch people as Bush continues to make the same mistakes during his next term.

All I can ask is that we pray....

It seems that less then 10 % of the young Voters from 18 - 24 cast their vote. Shame on the absent.

My thoughts at this point:

1. The electoral college system HAS to go! I don't like Bush, but this election could be over right now with a very concrete and fair outcome.

2. Alaska had the wildest Prop up for vote: the completed and unfettered legalization of pot. From what I hear, it would have been legal to grow, smoke, posess, put in brownies, whatever...
It didn't pass though. Could have been very, very interesting.

3. Young people registered to vote in record numbers, then didn't show up to vote. WTF?? Not to be a dick, but cmon, pull your collective heads out of your asses! Letting other people decide your fate could be habit forming.

4. Provisional ballots.
What the hell is the deal here? Here in NH you could register up to 10 days before election, then on election day you are allowed to register, then vote. Show up, show ID and proof of residency, boom! they hand you a standard ballot, you vote, it goes in the pile like any other ballot. Sounds like Ohio now has to 'investigate' these provisional ballots and insure these people are qualified to vote. Stupid. Just check the damn ID and proof of residency (a utility bill or something that shows exactly where the person lives), check and make sure you're not on the voter roll already, and let the person vote, get it over with.
