New Orlean's mayor isn't helping anything. What day are we into his 100 day plan and yet no action has been taken? All he does is blame other people for his lack of action. People aren't donating enough, the government isn't giving a ridiculous amount of money to him, et cetera. It's been one year and there has been next to no progress in New Orleans. What has been rebuilt has been rebuilt at the owner's expense for the most part. No money should be given until an actual step-by-step plan for rebuilding is presented. By the way, where did all of last year's money go? It sure as hell didn't end up in the reconstruction effort.

Oh yeah, and what idiot put electric pumps on the levees? You're supposed to use diesel pumps.
