DB ERRORS little help please?!?

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

DB ERRORS little help please?!?

there are the three errors i get when i try to run Thumbs plus on my box...
It used to work and i cant possibly remember what/when it stopped working...but i have tried and tried to fix it with MS DB stuff all to no avail.
Ideas?

I'm no expert, but it looks like you might need to reinstall.

have done the reinstall of T+ more than once...have installed several DB utils from MS as well...nada
I have not failed...I have just found 10,000 ways that don't work.
