Need a Flash Expert

I have the Macromedia Suite but only use Dreamweaver part of it. Could someone put me togother a flash item for me? I would like the words "CigarCHAT.net" used. It can spin or whatever. When you go to the website I want it spinning until it stops. Just something animated.
