I think what it is saying is that the TOTAL FORIEGN aid bill is 19.4 billion and that the 25K is the portion earmarked for Saudi Arabia.

Why are we giving other countries 19 billion in aid: Why not redistribute that money to all the taxpayers in this fuckin country?

I work my ass off all week, FOR MY WIFE AND KIDS, I'm pissed that some of my tax dollars go to people in this country, never mind foreigners.
