oh boy, where do I start with this one....

First of all, the poll is centered around what Canadian teenagers think. Who cares? It's not like teenagers are the most politcally knowledgeable group out there.

You know what? Every time a teen in Canada says they hate the US, there are probably 10X more teens in the US saying that a good way to resolve conflicts would be to nuke entire countries.

If this wack job decided to conduct a poll of Canadian voters instead of uneducated teenagers, he wouldn't have the basis to write such a dumb article in the first place.

Better to nuke other countries? Rofl. Where'd you pull those statistics, out of your ass? Many American teenagers (at least where I am) are into real world politics, world issues, etc. No 'nuke a country' teenagers here.

Ignorance..

Yeah, really. All the people in my school are smarter than "nuke a country". I think the Canadian teens who think America is 'evil' have been misguided. It makes me wonder if they have ever heard of Adolf Hitler.

that's bullshit. I've read many adults saying the entire middle east needs to be nuked, in this very forum. Adults. That's far worse.

How many people in the US have made asses of themselves by making fun of the french? You guys still carry on about it! Calling Chirac names, having 'freedom fries'.

Talk about calling the kettle black.

atleast Canadian teens have an opinion of America. I doubt many teens south of the border would even be able to name 4 Canadian provinces

I bet American Teens could name more Middle Eastern Countires than Canadian Provinces, so yeah you're probably correct in that aspect - but I'd rather have no opinion on them compared to calling them "evil."

and like I said, you really care what a 14 year old from Canada thinks? I know I sure dont.

worry about how your own citizens make fun of the french day and night before you cry about how our teens are unhappy with the US.

That might be true for some, but then again Canada isnt always a main topic on our news stations, with the exception of the above article.

My kid just finished kindergarten (5 yrs old) and his class was assigned Canada as their topic of discussion throughout the year. He now has gained an attachment to the country and its history (remember he's only 5) that I'll will never discourage.

So, RC, Ingus and others have now gone from starting these stupid political threads to now starting ripping on Canada and insulting Canadian posters here. Good one guys, pat yourself on the back.

Not only that, but they have no idea why people in other coutnries, and even Americans, are getting sick of the stuck up arrogant nature of Americans. Constantly we are telling other countries how much better we are than them, and how little they help the rest of the world compared to us(your link to O'Idiots article is a great example of it as are you guys' posts).

I don't think america is evil so don't misread what I am about to say:

Saying that unless you are as bad as hitler you are not evil is not really a defence of the US, there are levels of evil below nazi mass murder wouldn't you say?

As for Bukkake's comment:

HELL YES WE"VE FUCKED OVER EVERYONE IN OUR TIME, AND WE'D DO IT AGAIN! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!

I think I have the right to be pissed when we are considered "evil" and that goes for anyone that says it. Sorry Jimmy if you have this " I hate America complex" and anyone that is proud to live here is an "idiot".

And who are these Americans that are getting sick of our arrogance, our teachers and professors, the intelectuals, like Linda RTonstadt and Micheal Moore and Bon Jovi and Whoopi Goldberg....please save me your speaches.
