Calling Counter Strike Tech Support

I don't think this has been posted here, but if it has, my apologies.

I found this on another forum and thought maybe you guys would like to hear it since the "noob" counter strike flash was funny. This one is about a guy who calls Counter Strike Tech Support. It loads a webpage with a picture and the *.wav file plays in the background so it's not a flash. Just make sure your sound is on so you can hear the call. It replays at the end so when it seems like it's over, it probably is.
