My point (see the above threads) is that the USA is very inconsistent with it's Policies and it hurts our credibility greatly. We have a long history (decades) of supporting Dictators and Despots in the middle east and it's not going to be easily overcome.

I agree our policies change frequently. It's the nature of our fore fathers and how they designed our government.

I understand the massive issues that face us each day. Some choose to look with both eyes open and some do not. What I've come to dislike as of late is the inability to agree to disagree, to be aware enough to understand that compromise is the least path of resistance.

I hold out hope for us as an existence, I really do. Evolution is a wonderful thing but it is painfully slow.
