Are you aware that the People's Army has publicly stated that they are building arms so that they will be able to defeat America in an armed conflict by the year 2020?

And pacifying dictators has NEVER, I repeat NEVER worked. When Clinton gave North Korea food and fuel to "stop developing nuclear weapons" he did nothing more than prop up a dictator who continued with his research anyway.

No artificial support and Kim Jong Illin' loses power. This would probably lead to war as thats the response that failing dictatorships always take when their pogroms fail.

Actively pursuing an attitude of imminent conflict? No. Being ready and able to implement combat if neccesary? Yes.

Big difference when you see theres more information out there isn't there?

AND HERE IT COMES!!!

Oh gee, you mean we might stand up for Taiwan? Let's just let China roll all over them. And who needs South Korea anyway. Why not just let pajama boy Kim Jong Il invade and set up re-education camps there too...heck, asians look different than us...we'll just let happen what happens :(

When faced with the difficult task of standing up for the rights of others, its often easy to take a path of avoidance, but conflict cannot be avoided forever. For a good example of this, take a look at RCGliders signature from Churchill.
