iTunes for windows

Postby DocTrebor » Sat Sep 04, 2004 9:45 pm

Recently I just got the iTunes player for my computer and I must say it is quite kick ass. While online it lets me listen to music off other peoples playlists (cant burn it, but still cool). Since I live on campus here at fsu, you only imagine how much music i have at my fingertips. even better, its completly legal and if i ever feel the need i have a direct link to purchase music (like thats gonna happen :P) If i were you guys, get ahold of it, assuming there are people around you who use it.

Hmmm...so is it just like a network of people and their music setting up stations that are letting you listen? Or do you get music from them or what? Seems pretty cool. However, if you want to download (legal) music, get Napster. I hear they just have a cheap subscription you pay, instead of the outrageous 99 cents per song that other music services charge.

I personally enjoy StationRipper. Let's you rrip MP3's from Shoutcast and the like. Really great if you like all of the songs a particular station plays (as in my case). And for just listening, shoutcast is still the best IMHO.
