FREE LCD, TV, TV COMBO or LCD TV
INFO IS POSTED TWO POSTS DOWN.
I need info on the Samsung LCD monitor, 710N. It is located here:
http://www.samsungusa.com/cgi-bin/nabc/product/b2c_product_detail.jsp?prod_id=MJ17ASSB
I need to know if this is a good LCD for gaming or not. I can get it free, and so can you. I will post the info to get it free after I decide if this is the one I want, or the 27" Sony TV, as I have to sign up first.

I actually have this monitor. I bought it for my GF's shuttle.
Its very bright, I had to turn down the brightness cause it hurt my eyes as well as hers.
I have a 21' running on 1600x1200 and the resolution of this one, 1280x1024, takes some getting used to.
She plays RTS games on it ( Warcraft mostly, Sims ) without any issues at all.

Ok guys. On one of the audio forums I post on had a link about getting a free 27" Sony Trinitron TV, a free 17" LCD monitor, a 15"(or so) LCD TV or some TV/VCR combo. I thought it was total BS internet crap. That was until today and he posted a picture of the brand new LCD TV he picked delivered.
Of course the Sony TV and the LCD are the only two to really consider. I thought about the TV but it is not progressive scan, and the LCD got some good reviews and good marks from the posts above.
All you have to do is follow the link below. I used a stupid Yahoo email account, in case there is SPAM associated with this. EDIT: also, do nto use your real phone number. Good luck, it took the guy from the audio forum about 6 weeks to get his.

Nice Jimmy, managed to throw in your referrer number in that link, I'm sure.
Everyone do yourself a favor and read the stuff at the link Residue posted. Typical pyramid bullshit. Prepare for an onslaught of junk email, junk snailmail, and telemarketing calls (and don't think that Do Not Call list is gonna help, since you just let them in through a HUGE loophole)

Bullhead, I am sorry i offended you. It is not hard, like I stated above: use a yahoo email address. Go make one, they are free. Enter in a fake phone number, thery do not need to verify it.
Of course i threw in my referral number, that is how it works! All you have to do to get this is have 8 peopel sign up. I used Netscape, the free one mont htrial. Guess what? All you have to do is cancel the service before the month is up and you will never pay a thing.
As for it being fake:

That is my fellow Onix Rocket owner, and his 'fake' LCD tv that he will never get. You want to know why people are not getting their ipods? Backordered out the ying yang.
Wired has a write up of the company: http://www.wired.com/news/mac/0,2125,64614,00.html

You are right, UPS drops it off. According to the wired article, they get between $25 and $90 per referrel. If you need at least 5 referrels to get your free item, they come up on top.

Sound too good to be true? Tommy bets that it is.
But good for you if it actually works out! Good luck!
No problem with me, i held out until my fellow Rocket owner received his free LCD TV.
I did notice one problem, they have to verify you address. I used work, so I might be doing it all over again.
