Middle Class White Boy method: Sprite, Chicken Noodle Soup, and a nap.

If that doesnt work, try licking your elbow, thats always done the trick for me.

I've always found it interesting when people point to others to justify their behavior.

Try eating Sushi with some real good 'hot' Wasabi to clear your sinuses.

Also make sure you drink lots of Vitamin C juices like Grapefuit juice straight up with none of those additives like that damn frucose corn syrup. I've found keeping a steady dose of Vitamin C throughout the year really helps me and I very seldom ever get sick. Get a good amount of sleep.

Some Hot green tea should help too if you enjoy it.

Eat garlic often. You won't catch colds anymore.

You won't catch chicks either but hey, nothing's perfect.

An old Mexican Recipe call El Diablo. BUT you may not find it up north. Sooooooooo

one is any Mexican food with the hot green sauce [not Taco Sm[b]ell]

The other is meundo. It is a killer Mexican soup. Again slather it with green sauce. You can get it at any large grocery store.

You should try it. And don't worry whats in the soup [tripe]. Just eat. It's great.

I mean have you ever seen a Mexican with a cold?
