I got 122! I used a calculator on the math parts, but even if I missed those, I would have still got 105-115. :)

Now I'm gonna try to bomb it to see if I can get my IQ type to be "country yokel".

Also, according to the Wechsler Scales, 132 is considered genius, so I wouldn't feel to bad about a 130, Tour.

I did that test about a month ago and got a 142, which was also the Visionary Philosopher type. Pretty funny. They are probably just stealing information off our computers while telling us were smart :P

I've taken three "official" IQ tests - the official Mensa IQ test, and two Weschler tests, one administered by Mensa (they give you the Mensa one and the Weschler one simultaneously), and the other Weschler test with my childhood head-shrinker, and I have to say that this test vaguely resembles the "official" ones.

Similarities are the anagrams, logic problems, pattern recognition, math, and verbal questions.

However, it is vastly different in the sense that this one is not timed (the ones I have taken were very strict on timing), has far fewer questions, and didn't have the variety (for lack of a better term) that the other tests had.

I suggest that if you really want to know what your "official" IQ is, you cough up $30 and take the Mensa test.

My results on the "official" ones were:

Mensa: 129
Weschler (with Mensa): 132
Weschler (with shrink): 134

I have scored higher on other tests...I think that I am slowly going retarded in my old age...

maybe it is just those damn shapes that always get me, or the pattern things...oh yeah, I am colour blind so I am sure that I got that question wrong for sure.

Congratulations, Paul!
Your IQ score is 127

This number is based on a scientific formula that compares how many questions you answered correctly on the Classic IQ Test relative to others.

Your Intellectual Type is Visual Mathematician. This means you are gifted at spotting patterns — both in pictures and in numbers. These talents combined with your overall high intelligence make you good at understanding the big picture, which is why people trust your instincts and turn to you for direction — especially in the workplace. And that's just some of what we know about you from your test results.
