Sadly, after spending all that money on the ST theme crap, he then goes cheap and buys Polk's and a entry level Denon receiver!!!

Well, if people were really interested in good audio, the huge multiplexes would not be killing off all the GOOD theaters.

ANyone notice the finger prints all over his pictures of the portholes? :P
How about that nice red fire extinguisher. :)

I'm sure people will remember where it is with a sliding door over it when the room catches fire from his do-it-yourself wiring.

Home made? If so, pretty nice work... Guy is probably wealthy and has nothing better to do all day...

I don't see the replica "I love to decorate my parent's basement" plaque?

This is so sad, it is hilarious.

Let's see a picture of the person who did this...wanna take any bets?

Reveal yourself Jimmy! :)

Actually, that's the kind of home theatre setup I want one day. Except, mine would not be based on Star Trek, it'd be a little more futuristic, with a lot better aesthetics. Open bar in the back, coliseum style seating but leather chairs that reclines...

It's good craftmanship and it's to his personal liking, so of course I'm sure whoever it is will add more as he go along.

don't get me wrong, the home theatre is nice (although I agree with Jimmy that he could have done better with his component choices), but the Star Trek thing is just a bit much.

I mean, in high school, that would have been the coolest thing going, but when you are an adult (unless my parent's basement statement holds true) it is not really that awesome...

Polk's aren't that bad, their very good in car audio.

But a entry level reciever with a theater room like that...that's just wrong.
