Not to be downer,but from here on out, your birthdays are worthless.
13=you're a teenager
16=you can drive!
18=you're an adult
21=you can drink!

after that....nothing.
Move the drinking age up to 30, that will help temper that fact that you're now 30 :):D

A few suggestions

Here's one for your 50th: No more paying taxes. Hey, you're going to retire soon, you need to save money in this last decade of working.

Here's a good one for 70: you can take drugs, any drugs you like, no penalty of law. No driving a car anymore, but you can shoot heroin, drop acid, all while drinking cough syrup if you like, whatever you feel like doing! Skies the limit since your life expectancy is down to a few years anyway.
