Dr.Divx is a program that makes encoding a movie to Divx very easy, very good quality IMHO. I *highly* recommend it. Up till now it was a not a free program, and only used the Divx codec. When 2.0 come out, it will allow you to choose the codec (including XVID!) and it will be *free*!!
