Get Opera Free! 1 day only!

Postby deathBOB » Tue Aug 30, 2005 12:53 pm

http://my.opera.com/community/party/

Its the 10 year anniversary of opera so they are giving away registrations. Just click the "Go Free" button.

If you don't know what opera is, its a web browser comparable to firefox. Normally you have to pay and register for a version without ads but its free now!

Guess I'll just have to keep using Firefox (it's free and spam free) :)

When I say free 1 day I mean the registration lasts forever but you can only get it today.

My firefox is having issues :( Sometimes several of my extensions don't load. Not every time though.

Firefox craps out on me whenever I load up pages with tons of images and video and horrible html. (myspace profiles) Besides that though, I prefer firefox over opera.

The one thing I really liked about Opera was how it would open the same tabs you had open when you closed the browser.

Firefox works well for me, some pages are a little slow when lots of pics but they load eventually.
