2nd Partition?

Well, i just finished a 4 round bf sit down, do crashes, then, crashed.

I know its my audigy2, and opengl/al bullshi!

If i add a second partition, and not install my audigy2 on it, that would just about fix the problem ,not having it installed, there should be no problem correct?


So will a second partition do what i want it to do "not having the audigy2 on one partition, no opergl/al installed, apposed to having to buy another system, just to listen to music/ other stuff?


Could i use just the motherboard 5.1 sound, or do i have to remove it from my sytem?
