Interesting article. Finland's parliament approved of some new copyright legislation back in October to be put into action as of the first of this year (for info, read this article here) . What makes this even more interesting and poignant considering Ldsmith's link is that AfterDawn is a Finland based company and have been forced to remove a ton of content as of January 1st. I wonder if there's some sort of fear the same is going to happen in Sweden.
