Keeping Cool!!!
I am having a problem with keeping my gaming CPU cool it shut down twice tonight
. I have 7 fans on it (2 intake, 2 exhaust, 1 video, chip and power). Cannot run A/C(lack of power), central room on 2nd floor and no windows also 3 CPU's running. Any suggestions would be great. I have 2 floor fans running constantly and still it dies.
It's getting really boring drinking a few cold ones
 without killing anyone.

Umm, your biggest problem here is a room with no windows and no air conditioning. Good Lord man, are you in a Mexican prison??? It going to be 100F tomorrow, you may very well be the first person to die of heat stroke while playing a video game!!
Sounds like it's time to go with a liquid cooling system. Around $70-80 on Newegg.

Thx man. Anyway I can get a liquid cool for myself? BTW it is 2nd floor of a Cape. I have a skylight but it does nothing.

If you had a lot a cash floating around, you could get a portable airconditioner. It's a unit that sits on the floor, has an exaust hose that blow hot air out, you don't need a conventional window. You still need a place to blow the hot air out, but you can run the hose temporarily to any window or opening. $350-400.

I checked that out but the problem with that is condensation and the power is limited. To much stuff to little power. Looking for something with less power consumption. Checking into the liquid cool though. Anyone who has it that has any input would help alot. BTW Cav I could buy my way out of a Mexican prison but not this heat.

Some of those portable units come with a bucket that you empty out..

I re-read his post: he also has a lack of power! NO AC!!
He's surely going to die today, in this heat. RIP Tchinnychin, you'll be missed.

Chin, you have most likely checked this stuff but if I was
in your shoes I would do this:
1. make sure it really is a heat problem.
a. monitor cpu temps under load and unloaded
b. did it crash only when the cpu temps were up or random
crashes?
2. if the crashes are confirmed to be heat related and not
load related
a. if you are overclocked then go back to standard timmings
b. if you still have crashes due to heat try under clocking
to see if the crashes stop
c. most people do this to over clock but even for standard
clocks and a heat problem try this. Carefully remove the
heatsink from the cpu, remove all the heat sink compound
and reinstall the heatsink with Artic Silver 5 compound.
(make sure you follow the instructions)

3. if you find the problem is not related to the heat then we
can do some other tests for componet type problems.

Maybe try running with the side panel off to see if that helps.
If it does, I would check the intakes in the front of the case. I have a filter on the front of my antec 1040b case that had gotten clogged with dust. Literally my pc was suffocating, it was causing my system to reboot. I saw that the CPU was about 140F (after the reboot) I had the bios set to shut down the PC at 148F.
I now clean the filter every few months to avoid the problem.

how are the floor fans located? My guess is you've already done it...but in case someone hasn't, have it blowing directly across the surface to disipate more heat. Try even finding away of cooling the air from the fan too, or increasing the speed of the fans.
but yeah i would say liquid cooling, for better results.
