Kid grads college in one year

Postby cavalierlwt » Wed Sep 20, 2006 5:33 pm

So what, so this kid managed to graduate from college with double major in just one year. Let me ask the most important question: Did he get laid even once??

Take this life lesson kids, don't rush through college like this freak. Take your time, take five years, remain drunk for at least 3 of them. Get laid, learn to unhook a bra with one hand (try doing that with calculus!), increase your alcohol tolerance with keg stands.

Um, you don't learn that in class per se, you just get to practice it lot at college.

Ha! That's nothing. You don't know the power of the Dark Side.

His final GPA was Conspicuously Absent in that article. Also the caption under his picture says 60 units in a year. So.... thats 1/2 of the way towards One degree, not including the additional requirements for two of them.

Edit: I missed the info box with the details of the total. Anyhow, 72 units of AP credit seems pretty sketchy. Must have been a pretty slack curriculum (there's a reason the better schools wouldn't have let him do that).

They hint that he had a good GPA, when it talked about in April where he was getting crushed by all his work and his grades were slipping (having some B's). Obviously he missed out on much of the social experiences college has to offer.

Exactly. What's the point of flying through it all so fast? You can't get back those good times.
