Sorry here's me thinking you were supposed to be subject to the law. Also I wouldn't use the word 'frivolous' when talking about torture and abuse either but hey, maybe that's just me.

If he's innocent then what's the problem with proving it in court?

And yes I'd say the same thing for Tony or and UK Generals. If you don't have the rule of law, then you don't have shit.

I thought you were innocent until proven guilty?
