Anyone see the new Bond?
Hey everybody i just thought i would bring this as a public service to ECGN, the new james bond movie although a bit different than the others was awsome! I went to see it last night "opening night", and overall i was very impressed with Daniel Craig's performance and the movie as a whole. If anyone has seen it leave your comments i would like to hear them.

I will probably see it this wednesday, but i've seen lots of reviews and trailers. I know its very different to before, but i've also heard its really good and really silences the critics of Daniel Craig as Bond.

Seeing it tonight after the Bucks stomp Michigan.
Been waiting for this a long time, finally going to the Bond of the books instead of the gadget/explosions Bond the franchise became over the years.

I am just glad Craig is being praised AND fans seem to be turning out( I heard it is the highest opening day any Bond film has had).
They did this with Dalton in the 80's, bring the Bond of the novels, but fans didn't want it. License to Kill is still one of the best Bond films, right behind From Russia with Love. If On Her Majesty's Secret Service had Connery, it might be considered the greatest Bond film of them all.

I saw it opening night. It was different than the other Bond movies, the love scene dragged out for a little longer than it should have in my opinion. The ending was kick ass. The torture scence was funny as hell:lol:. The new Bond is awesome. Great movie!

it was a good movie over all; but i completly agree with charlie, the love story was over-played way too much... what action scenes there were, were spectacular, especially the chase throught the construction sight. i am still out to see if this Craig will turn into the next Lazenby....

The new Bond = "Good".
The Bond girls = "Hot".
The Poker Scene in the middle = "An unmitigated snoozefest".
Note to future movie\TV directors = Poker is neither interesting, exciting or understandable, especially if you're not playing it.
