Let's not forget the fact that Japan, after literally raping China and the Pacific, was prepared whole-hearedtly to allow its people's extinction at the hands of the impending Ameican invasion.

It's a sad fact in life that a nation's people often bear the brunt of punishment for their government's actions.

Just consider that when you think about the world's current situations and regimes.
