Why the hell would you want to shove your cat in that rather than just doing it yourself and saving them most of the trauma?
That said cats are big girls blouses when it comes to water. A dog in there would probably love it.

Good luck getting the cat into that thing again. The next time it sees anything resembling that contraption it's going to go nuts on ya!
