Wash [as Stegosaurus]: Yes. Yes. This is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it… "This Land."
Wash [as Allosaurus]: I think we should call it "your grave"!
Wash [as Stegosaurus]: Ahh! Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!
Wash [as Allosaurus]: Har har har! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die!
[The Allosaurus attacks the Stegosaurus.]
Wash [as Stegosaurus]: Ohhh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Re: adjustable breast implants
Things like that have been around for years and years (although not particularily marketed as "adjustable implants"). Saline implants with a subcutaneous port on them are very commonly used after a woman has had a mastectomy, where the skin needs to be stretched prior to the placement of the traditional saline or silicone implant.
Such skin stretchers are very common, and not just limited to breasts.
By the way - ALL saline breast implants have ports on them, just not necessarily like the ones shown in the picture. The port is needed to fill the implant after it has been set in place during surgery.
