I wish I could be funny, but nobody gets my sense of humour. I think I'm just serious by nature.

Rule has some very funny posts, also this guy Agent Commando or something like that, he posted those facts of life on the thread Steph started, I should get the poor guys name right.

OK first of all lemme tell you that you guys have great servers and I always play on them. Sadly though being the pilot I am we have alot of stupid players on the servers. They oddly find that taking shortcuts through the runway with their jeeps or running across the runway is the best way to go to get to the other side. Also placing tanks right in the middle of the runway thinking that I can come to an immediate hault. In one instance we had the possibly worst disaster ever. Upon just about taking off in the b17 bomber in El Amen some guy was coming with a plane in a dogfight and clipped me and exploded. He was TKed by me. Then my plane recoiled when I pulled up in an attemp to avoid his plane which I didnt know I failed at doing. My wing hit a jeep with 2 people in it exploding the jeep, and killing 3 people in that jeep therfore giving 3 TK's. Then I was on fire and when my b17 came down landed on a plane and exploded my and the other plane along with 2 other people therefore making the TK count 6 in that 10 second time frame and I was kicked and banned. Of ccourse there was other times I tked on accident with driving jeeps and apc's people seem to think its OK to jump on the craft as if they are invulnerable. The frequency at which I play it seems vulnerable to TK.

(just the follow up to my last thread, sorry for carrying on this thread all by myself. Cid)

Posted by Bloodbudda:

You are right Title 50 doesn't spell it out, it is jsut the teeth. Let me clarify.

Title 12 USC 95(b) states:

The actions, regulations, rules, licenses, orders and proclamations heretofore or hereafter taken, promulgated, made, or issued by the President of the United States or the Secretary of the Treasury since March 4, 1933, pursuant to the authority conferred by section 95a of this title, are approved and confirmed

This in and of itself is meaningless. However when you take it context with the Act of march 9, 1933, Section 2 you get:

"During time of war or during any other period of national emergency declared by the President, the President may, through any agency that be may designate, or otherwise, investigate, regulate, or prohibit, under such rules and regulations as be may prescribe, by means of licenses or otherwise, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit between or payments to banking institutions as defined by the President and export, hoarding, melting, or earmarkings of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency, by any person WITHIN the United States or ANYPLACE subject to the jurisidiction thereof"

This Act is enforced by title 50 USC and still is in effect thanks to title 12 95(b), basically this means that everytime the government declares a national emergecy or war, it actually goes to war with the citizens of this country.

See Stoehr vs. Wallace 255 US 239 for even further clarification.

In effect

"The President may: Seize property, organize commodities, assign military forces abroad, institute Martial Law, seize and control and transportation and communication, regulate operation of private enterprise, restrict travel, and in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens". -- Senate Report 93-549; Senate Resolution 9, 93d Congress, 1st. Session (III) 1973

This act has never been repealed nor amended.

"Since March 9th, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency..."
(Senate Resolution 9, 93d. Congress, 1st. Session, Foreward, 1973)

"When Congress declares an emergency, there is no Constitution..." (Congressman Beck,
Congressional Record, Farm Bill, 1933)

You are "enemies of the state" as am I, subject to all acts under Title 50 USC.

Can you believe the comedy? I was dying after that one... I'm tellin you, this guy needs to start writing for Conan O'Brian or something....
