Two things. First what does having a bird have anything to do with this? Second how the fuck can anyone play games on their PC with that double window glaring like that on their monitor. WTf ever hear of blinds.

Depends, is he French or French-Canadian? If the former, then it's up for grabs. If he's French-Canadian, well, the game may be responsible.
