Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

I'M GONNA BE A DAD!

Just found out in the last couple of days. First time for both my wife and me. We're both in our 30's so we get to be old-fart parents.:P

Since my wife is getting the degree to make the big bucks, I'll be a stay-at-home dad. Making some chocolate chip cookies right now to bone up on my baking skills. Yum.

This all may be pointless to some; I can't help it...I'm very excited.

I want to pass out cigars, but it's a little early (they all say "it's a boy" or "it's a girl"). Maybe I can find a box of little cigarellos that say "it's a zygote!".

A round all around!!

I'll be losing out on some of that anyway since I'm going back to college in the fall (baby due around Thanksgiving).

Stay-at-home dad + back to college = better get off my ass

Yeah, I may be screwed, but I couldn't be happier. I'll either have my daddy's girl or a "mini-me.":D

Congratulations Doug! Can't even imagine how excited you and the Mrs. must be. Hope this doesn't mean you have to grow up or anything like that.

What college are you planning on going to?

Doug I'm just messing with you. It'll be the greatest day of your life. I have a 5 yr old and 18 month old twins(boy and girl) It's a lot of hard work, but well worth it.

Just bought my 5 yr old his 1st Ronald Reagan book.

Are your baking efforts responsible for that smoke coming from the far side of KC?

Yeah, I can't wait. It's really awesome - all the thoughts that run through one's head. My mind's been abuzz bigtime. I have a lot of experience with kids (my much younger brothers), but not even that prepared me for what I can only call an "undescribable awe".

Great job with your son and the Reagan book. You have a lot of work to do to counter what he'll "learn" in school. Reagan is still The Man.

Wick, I'm going to OTC here in Springfield then probably transfering to SMSU if we don't move somewhere else.
BTW, how was your vacation(or have you taken it yet?)?

No, but one of my brothers still lives up there. Who knows what he's cooking. Maybe he finally set that piece of junk car of his on fire.:P

Conga-rats for you Doug! Still remember the feeling I had when I found out I had a daughter on the way... Was a great day for me, maybe third best I ever had behind her actual birth and my marriage.

Stephanie, you have my sincerest condolences on the loss. As well as my hope that you enjoy the creation and subsequent arrival of the next one.

Children are our legacy, to hear that Bukkake has a legacy should make many here start wondering how they will protect their daughters...

Good luck with the kid!!! We're all really happy for you. (Reffering to your first post, make sure to keep away all that beer from your wife and hoard it for yourself.)

Another thing to add to Bukkake's list,

6) Free Time- What's that?
